Australian Masterpoints

 My wife and I played in the Golden West Swiss Pairs while in Western Australia in November 2018.  Our masterpoints were confirmed by Australia Bridge on 01 December, and after about three weeks we checked in with the NZ Bridge Secretary about their arrival time.  We were informed that transferring Australian masterpoints was difficult.  It has now been over three months - I would have thought this was plenty of time - but they have not yet arrived.  If the computer system is not working perhaps there could be manual intervention?

    Hi there

    The transferring of Australia Gold points is not so much difficult, but a technical problem.  We have been trying to build an automated process, but in the meantime, we were able to load these points manually.  For the last few months, the manual process has failed for some reason.  Our Secretary and Chairman meet with the developers a couple of weeks ago and got an agreement that fixing this problem is high on the list of priorities.  Very sorry about the inconvenience.  We doing our best.
