Fouled board

Our club is currently running a team event imps scoring and one pair Incorrectly scored one board against the wrong board number on the tablet and in the process saw the makeables of their next board. The score was placed against correct board number. How do we treat the next board, it obviously can't be played.

By definition it is not a fouled board as no cards have been misplaced or hands misplaced.

    Law 12C2 covers this situation

That is (whenever a result can't be obtained) a side directly at fault gets average minus (40%  or -3 IMPs) ; a side partly at fault gets average and a side in no way at fault gets average plus (60% or +3 IMPs)

In this situation I believe the side whe entered the score on the tablet should get -3 and the other side 0 (being partly at fault for not checking)
