False Carding
Please can someone explain false carding to me.
1) If it says on a system card that there is a specific system of signals is it ok to deliberately do otherwise?
2) If you ask opps what their system is and immediately after their reply they deliberately false card - is that ok?

Hi JenaYes, both are Ok
A wrong explanation is an infraction
A wrong bid or play is notLaw 73 E 1 says it all
To summarise: "Deliberately making any "wrong" bid or play is legal provided partner is just as likely to be decieved as the opponents"
cheers
