Yes I notice the absence of comments, replies and posts from many "significant" people. Its one way for members to be involved and I for one would be sorry to see the forums go. Karen Martelletti is just wonderful. She responds fully and clearly and is a shining example of how things might be done. How wonderful if each NZBridge committe member or paid/honorary staff, took responsibility for one forum. With guidance like that, more people would post and we could have a vibrant discussion base.
