Welcome!

Hello there!

After 9 and 4 years respectivly moderating the NZ Bridge Directors and NZ Teachers E_Groups on Google, it is my pleasure to hand them over to the revised New Zealand Bridge website.

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the many contributors over the years and hope that the new location and format will be equally successful.

Both forums appear within the My NZB menu item on the top right of the main website menu www.nzbridge.co.nz
I encourage you to register - if you haven't already. And please...do spread the word!

Anybody can read the posts but only logged in registered people can create content.
This is a little different to the Google approach where everything was vetted before it appeared on the site, so take care before you hit that button.

All very best regards and Good Bridging
Peter Bowyer

I teach bridge at a standard american club. The notes I have are very old, I don't think they have changed much from when I learnt about 28 years ago. Is there any chance of getting word copies of the acol notes you supply so I can adapt to our system. I would be happy to share back with NZBridge.

    Thanks Justine

    Hi Justine

the Acol notes we use at New Plymouth are printed from the NZ Bridge website “ Beginners Lessons”.  There is a complete Acol course available including videos and PowerPoint presentation across 10 lessons.

we should get our learners groups together for a social function! The current class is 8 weeks through the course and there are 25 in the class.

Oh Gosh, now the Americans are going to learn not to play count.
