Roll out of Nesting Pairs course to engage intermediates (principally) in raising their game in 2018 is underway.

Media engagement underway to promote game via press/radio/facebook/websites/other media outlets.

Clubs offered assistance range from those asking for a full intervention and weekly aid, to those asking for selective areas of help where they have identified their club needs some support, to information giving and discussion of options.  Each club decides how much input they would like.

I am sorry if your club asked for specific assistance from an RBM this year and has not been selected in the first tranche.  All clubs that have applied and have not been selected for aid in the 2017/2018 year will automatically be added into the list for consideration for selection for the 2018/2019 phase.

In the meantime, a reminder to all clubs looking at self-help in the interim that the RBMs are working using the tools available on the NZB website which all clubs can access via the Resources tab and clicking on Marketing materials.  If your club has not already done so – consider viewing this video:  Rejuvenating a Bridge Club  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vq--E8zfGyo

Attached is a draft action plan that any club can adapt for their specific club needs for the year ahead.

I will send you further updates as the project progresses.

Regards

Jane Stearns
