Volunteer of the Month - The First Year

This award has been running for one year. With our game so reliant on the support of volunteers, New Zealand Bridge thinks it is really worthwhile to acknowledge some of those who contribute to our game. We also believe that the volunteers appreciate the acknowledgement even if some are rather embarrassed to be in the limelight. The award also gives clubs the opportunity to get some good publicity in their local newspaper.

Maybe you know of someone you feel deserves a nomination? We like the nomination to come from club committees. Tell your committee so that your volunteer can be nominated. Please send nominations to me at Richard.Solomon@nzbridge.co.nz

Here then are those who have received the award in its first year of existence.
