LOVEBLOCK WINES NEW ZEALAND WIDE PAIRS
Loveblock New Zealand Wide Pairs – The Winners
The event took place just over a month ago. In that time, those who won prizes have been presented them at their clubs. In this article, we will celebrate these winners. Each player received a pack of two bottles of Loveblock Wine, a Pinot Gris and a Sauvignon Blanc. Let’s then salute the winners:
A Just Reward
Lynne Geursen and Grant Jarvis have played in this event every year at the Franklin Bridge Club….and this was to be their year with a cool 73.50%, clear winners by nearly 3%. They have plenty of experience, Lynne being a Gold and Grant an Emerald Grand Master. It was lovely being able to return to my old Home Club to present their wine to them, and to the top Novices below.
